• GREEN Webinars

The “green webinars” or weekly webinars are there to inform our partners about Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency in general. There is no need for partners to participate in those webinars. We still propose that partners participate but it is not necessary.

Example: How Bitcoin works, What is Blockchain, Ethereum, ICO’s, NFT’s, DiD, KYC, AML and many more.

• ORANGE Webinars

The “orange webinars” will come from time to time and will be announced by email to the agents. These webinars mean that there are news regarding promotion, changes from our sides or general changes in the market. We highly suggest the partners to attend those orange webinars or at least to check the video after the webinar is done.

Example: We can accept new currencies for our POS. Agents should update their POS/Website to accept for example Monero (XMR) now.

• RED  Webinars

The “red webinars” are mandatory for every partner to see. Every partner will get an email, where we kindly ask them to participate in those webinars. Red webinars will be announced when there are important changes from the SEC or Government. If a partner should not be able to participate on a red webinar, he has 24 hours time to watch the video afterwards. If an agent should not participate at the webinar or at least, watch the video within 24 hours, his POS will be blocked automatically until they have seen and agreed to the video. 

Example: Iran ban’s Bitcoin and every agent is not allowed anymore to accept Bitcoin from Iran Citizens.

Our Personal Assistant will also accompany the trade with all legal steps such as KYC, AML, SoF or others if requested. This gives you as a Thai Company the security that everything is done in a legal way. Please note that we are not able to accept anonymous transactions even at low values. Every transaction has to be fully KYC’d to fulfill all the regulatory guidelines.

Wanda will also provide a 24/7 Call Center for all Customers. Agents will have 24/7 support for questions regarding Bitcoin, Transactions or to make appointments with PA’s for sales. The staff will be highly skilled in Bitcoin and Crypto to make your life easier with this new and for some confusing technology without contact persons as we know it from traditional banks.
